We collect information you submit directly through our contact form (name, email, company, investment stage, and message). We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL through standard server logs and any first-party analytics we use.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to evaluate a potential business relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and Analytics
This site may use first-party analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not set tracking cookies and do not identify you personally. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking scripts.
4. Data Sharing and Service Providers
To deliver the contact form, we share your submission with our email service provider (Resend) under a data-processing agreement. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Retention
Contact-form submissions are forwarded to our team inbox and retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a business record, after which they are deleted from active systems. Backups are rotated per our provider's standard schedule.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@dml-holdings.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
7. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls, vetted vendors) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Visitors
By using this site you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the country where our servers and service providers are located.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
